Book your special stay at Paradise Road Farm directly to ensure all your money is spent locally.

Nightly Rates

The current rate for 2 people is $225 per night  including a delicious seasonal & locally sourced continental breakfast.

Additional third and subsequent nights booked outside of holiday and local event periods are $210 per night. Why not extend and stay for 7 nights and pay the discounted rate of $1500

Rates from 1 December 2025 will be $230 per night (in order to meet the cost of the increase in award wages and increasing insurance premiums)

*Please note we generally have a minimum two night stay policy*

Availability

We have exclusive availability for direct booking guests between 24 December and 4 January- Please get in touch to as soon as possible to book your Christmas/ New Year break!

Our availability for October is as follows:

check in from 25 October check out by 28 October.

November

We are have availability on the following dates only:

5- 8 November

22 November - 1 night (* single night stay rate $255)

December

We are fully booked on the following dates:

3- 9 December (check in 10 December for 2 nights)

12 - 13 December (check in 14 December)

19 December

22- 23 December (check in 24 December)

January

We are fully booked on the following dates:

2- 4 January (check in from 5 January)

14- 15 January (check in from 17 January)

24- 25 January (check in from 26 January)

*We are now fully booked for the 2026 Rowing Nationals 22-29 March.

Your direct booking helps restore nature:

When you book directly with us, $25 from EACH night of your stay will be put into our regenerative farming fund.

This fund is dedicated to paying for projects to help restore and protect the natural environment on the farm. This includes native revegetation and protection of platypus habitat in the dams and creek.
